We want you to love your Loop experience, which is why we offer a 100-day hassle-free return policy for all our earplugs and accessories. If the fit or style isn't quite right for your lifestyle, you can return your items for a full refund or exchange within the trial period.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place your Loop earplugs and their original packaging into a secure shipping mailer and attach the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
